Web apps thatdo the work.

Portals, dashboards, booking and quoting tools, and full software products that run in the browser. We build them with clean, modern code instead of page builders, so they load instantly, stay secure, and can grow without a rebuild.

What we build

Client and staff portals
Logins, roles and permissions, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
SaaS platforms
Multi-sided products with their own accounts, billing and admin.
Quoting and booking tools
Let customers price or book the job before they pick up the phone.
Integrations
Connect your CRM, accounting, payments and the tools you already use.

Products we run ourselves

FlatMatch is our own two-sided rental platform: renters on one side, landlords and property managers on the other, with an applicant list across every property, an auditable match score and six roles enforced on the server. It is the kind of web app we build for clients, and we answer for it every day.

For Enlighten Electrical in Hamilton we built an online estimator that gives customers an indicative price range before they call, including solar quotes read from aerial imagery of their own roof.

Fast, secure and yours to grow

We build on modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure, keep the code clean enough for another developer to pick up, and put security in from the start: server-side permissions, audited access and regular updates.

For your business

What a web app does for your business.

The point of a web app is the work it takes off you. Here is where owners usually feel it first.

Customers serve themselves.

Quotes, bookings and account details are available whenever a customer wants them. On the Enlighten Electrical site a customer can price the job first, so the calls that come in are from people who already know roughly what it costs.

Your information lives in one place.

Instead of spreadsheets, inboxes and sticky notes, everyone works from the same up to date record. FlatMatch puts every enquiry across every property into one list.

Fewer hours on admin.

The checks and handovers your team repeats every week can be built into the tool, so they happen the same way every time without someone having to remember.

The right people see the right things.

Staff, clients and contractors each get access to what their role needs and nothing more, so you can open the system up without worrying about what people can see.

Questions

What is the difference between a website and a web app?

A website mostly tells people about you. A web app does work for them: they log in, enter information, get a quote, manage a booking or run part of their business in it. Many projects are both, and we build both.

How do you price a project?

Every project is quoted on its own scope. We talk it through with you first, then send a written proposal that sets out what is being built, the price and the payment schedule. Work only starts once you have agreed it in writing.

Who owns the code?

Ownership of the work is agreed in writing in your engagement agreement before the build starts, so there is no ambiguity later about who holds what.

What happens after launch?

We do not build and walk away. We offer ongoing service agreements covering maintenance, security updates and a roadmap for what comes next, so the app keeps working as the platforms and your business change.
