The landlord side is its own product: one applicant list across every property, an auditable match score, and rooms or whole properties on the same system.

A New Zealand rental site with two sides to it. Take a room in a flat that already exists and you get matched to the flatmates as well as the place; or rent a whole property the ordinary way, on your own or with whoever you are moving in with.
