We do not care what degree you have. We care what you have done, how you want to help, and what your purpose is. Proof of work beats a transcript every time.
We will not lock ourselves into one lane. If you close deals, shape a brand, run operations, design systems, write code, or bring another craft we have not named yet, and you can make us stronger, write in.
